About Me

Hi. I'm Jennifer.  I am a Newborn and Lifestyle Photographer based out of Gilbert, Arizona. I am a mom to three: ages 20, 13 and 11. We love all things outdoors, but happily enjoy movie nights and board games.  

I love... white chocolate, running, cozy blankets, Disney Parks, camping, all things Christmas, Brazilian food, volleyball, sunny days, listening to audio books & podcasts, and my dog Maple, who is 100% part of our family.  We moved to Arizona two years ago, and I do have to say that I love the beauty of our desert.  The people I have met have been warm, neighborly and simply genuine.  

I started this photography journey 13 years ago as my second daughter was born, simply wanting to take better photos.  I have truly loved so many facets of the photography industry.  Learning new skills was exciting. I jumped in to family photography, and then into the wedding industry. My brides loved my calming demeanor and ability to get things moving (in a very hectic day, keeping the couple feeling at ease and enjoying all the elements that were so beautifully curated) and get them where they needed to be in order to get all the details of their Big Day.  Those same brides would later become new Moms and trusted me to capture their precious newborn babies portraits.  Trusting that I would capture the details of that new season in their lives as well.  Being a mom myself, I remember the sleepless nights... so many sleepless nights.  THAT is when I realized my true passion lay in capturing beautiful newborn portraits – that irreplaceable time in a family's life. 

Under professional guidance, I researched safe practices for working with newborns. And with my love of art, developed my creative style. 

My work has been featured as a  book cover: "Love Sidelined." Portraits for book authors, floral shops, wedding and reception venues.  My work has also been featured for product adds, parks, and historical monuments.
